This is excellent news for the Lipan community and the surrounding school district. It gives well deserved public recognition that District resources are being managed well by the elected Board of Trustees, that the unfortunate past is receding, and that the future is brighter than ever.
Moody's Investor Service based in New York City has given permission to publically display their February 22, 2006 report shown here.
If this trend continues, the district will save significantly from lower bond interest rates in the future.
